While placing your order keep in mind that I charge a Flat Rate of $10 for up to 10 plants or 15 cuttings or a similar combination of both. Supplies are not included in that rate and will be charged seperately after your order is packed, if it exceeds $10.
Your order will be processed and marked 'Hoyas on Drying Rack' by mid-week. As a rule...I do not hold plants or cuttings for any length of time so please order when you are ready to accept shipment.
There are a few exceptions to that rule so please feel free to ask.
Every plant that leaves my nursery is healthy with a strong root system. Each cutting is well hydrated overnight prior to shipping. Each plant and cutting is individually labeled and I attach the cutting label with the bottom of the stem below the label as you are reading the name.
I have no guarantee on the conditions of arrival but do everything in my power to ensure they arrive in the same condition as they were shipped. Please, if you conclude that you have received an unhealthy plant due to my neglect, email me and include photos if possible. Refunds are considered (within 14 days of ship date) on a case by case basis and only when the plant is returned, at the buyer's expense, in it's original state (pot and mix).
Cuttings are shipped outside the US at your own risk...every country has their own Customs’ regulations...I cannot be held responsible. Cost for each box of cuttings is $45 for Express Mail service.
