This is a great hoya that I have in my collection that is easy to grow and is beautiful in bloom and out of bloom. The first time it attempted to bloom, the flowers were small cups that ran out of energy before they could open up fully. The second try at blooming was successful as they opened into cluster of shallow shiny bowls of gorgeous subtle color. Now a little over a month has past and the hoya plant has four umbrels that are puffing up to bloom but instead of the cream clusters of prior cycles, these are a dark deep red color. I have kept the growing conditions and location the same so I am looking forward to see the result.
